Explore the Sri Lanka 6 Days Northern and Cultural Explorer with historic temples, scenic beaches, vibrant markets, and Kandy’s cultural highlights for an unforgettable Sri Lanka journey.
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and proceed to Colombo Fort Railway Station for a scenic train ride or AC vehicle transfer to Jaffna. Explore the historic Jaffna Fort during sunset and enjoy evening leisure at the Jaffna waterfront. Check in to the hotel, have dinner, and overnight stay at Green Grass or a similar hotel in Jaffna.
Begin the day with a spiritual tour of Nallur Kandaswamy Temple and the sacred Keerimalai Natural Spring. Take a ferry to Nagadeepa Temple for a serene pilgrimage experience. In the afternoon, stroll through Jaffna local markets, discovering spices and palmyra products. Drive to Trincomalee (approx. 4 hours), unwind at Uppuveli Beach, have dinner, and overnight stay at Dyke Rest or a similar hotel.
