Itinerary
Discover the Sri Lanka Colombo Kandy Getaway with scenic city tours, cultural landmarks, coastal vibes, and a relaxing journey through Sri Lanka’s most iconic destinations.
Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative. Proceed on a comfortable private AC transfer to Colombo, a short drive of approximately 35 minutes. Check in to your hotel and take some time to relax after the journey or explore nearby restaurants and shopping malls at your own pace. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and settle in for an overnight stay in Colombo.
After breakfast, set out for a guided Colombo city tour covering major attractions such as Galle Face Green, the Old Parliament Building, Independence Square, Viharamahadevi Park, Beira Lake, the Floating Market, and vibrant local shopping streets. The afternoon is free for optional leisure activities at your own expense, including Pearl Bay Water Park, Leisure World Theme Park, Water World Aquarium and Tunnel, or a relaxing visit to Marine Drive and Wellawatte Beach. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay in Colombo.
Post breakfast, check out and drive towards Kandy, enjoying scenic countryside views along the way. En route, you may opt to visit the Pinnawala Happy Elephant Museum. Upon arrival in Kandy, proceed with half-day sightseeing including the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, the Botanical Garden, Kandy View Point, Gem Museum, Batik Factory, Wood Carving Center, and a traditional cultural dance show. Visit the Kadhirkamam Murugan Temple and a Spice Garden, followed by a complimentary herbal head and shoulder massage. Check in to the hotel, enjoy dinner, and overnight stay in Kandy.
